Deprese by se m\u011bly l\u00e9\u010dit pomoc\u00ed odborn\u00edka. CO JSOU TO DEPRESE 1) Na po\u010d\u00e1tku ka\u017ed\u00e9 deprese je jak\u00fdsi spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d, kter\u00fd \u00fazkostn\u00fd stav spust\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 situace, kterou n\u00e1sledn\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1te jako ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed, nebo smrt bl\u00edzk\u00e9 osoby, ztr\u00e1ta zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, rozchod s partnerem, nebo va\u0161e vlastn\u00ed my\u0161lenky, p\u0159edstavy, vzpom\u00ednky. 2) Nad dan\u00fdm t\u00e9matem spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de za\u010dnete p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. Tyto my\u0161lenky jsou automatick\u00e9, nep\u0159ivol\u00e1v\u00e1te si je a nem\u016f\u017eete jim nijak zabr\u00e1nit. Ve va\u0161em mozku vznik\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 nerovnov\u00e1ha, jej\u00edm\u017e d\u016fsledkem jsou pak stavy \u00fazkosti. 3) \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se boj\u00edte, \u017ee se nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky vr\u00e1t\u00ed, t\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji se opravdu vrac\u00ed, co\u017e v\u00e1m zp\u016fsobuje emo\u010dn\u00ed reakci (obavu, \u00fazkost). \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce jsou pro v\u00e1s my\u0161lenky nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bude va\u0161e \u00fazkost. 4) Emoce jsou doprov\u00e1zeny tak\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edznaky. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jedn\u00e1 o bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce, chv\u011bn\u00ed, tlak na \u017ealudku, mot\u00e1n\u00ed hlavy, slabost v noh\u00e1ch, brn\u011bn\u00ed a bolesti. T\u011blesn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky jsou p\u0159irozenou reakc\u00ed organismu na stres. 5) T\u011blesn\u00e9 i emo\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky se mohou stup\u0148ovat a\u017e do stavu masivn\u00ed \u00fazkosti, kter\u00e9 se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 panika. 6) Pokud tyto p\u0159\u00edznaky vn\u00edm\u00e1te, a zji\u0161\u0165ujete, \u017ee nap\u011bt\u00ed sami nezvl\u00e1d\u00e1te sn\u00ed\u017eit nebo se ho zbavit \u00fapln\u011b, je opravdu nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010das nav\u0161t\u00edvit odborn\u00edka. Antidepresivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky bylin sice nenastupuj\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b, ale a\u017e po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.
